CardioVascularHomeCare

"CVHC's owners created the company and work along with the team. They're RNs who saw a great need and an opportunity to provide services for Heart Failure patients at home."

We're CardioVascular Home Care, Inc., an RN-founded and owned home health care company
providing a high level of technology-supported, consistent, quality nursing and ancillary services to patients with chronic heart and lung disease in the Greater Fort Worth metropolitan area since 1994.

In 1998, we added a post-op rehabilitation service for orthopedic patients and physicians called Orthopedic Home Care. In 2006, we developed Safe Choices, a senior advocacy program that provides a comprehensive evaluation to families and physicians with recommendations and intervention for services and a living environment that promotes safety and medical compliance.

CVHC was founded by Executive Director Bridgette Campbell, RN, BSN, CCRN, and Clinical Director Paul Nichols, RN, BSN, CCRN, with the goal of providing specialized home care to bridge the gap between home and hospital. Both experienced CCU nurses, they recognized that, in the managed healthcare environment, there would be a greater role for skilled cardiac and pulmonary nurses in home care services.

CVHC is managed by clinicians to meet patients' needs under the direction of the physician. Our company is guided by a professional advisory board whose membership includes cardiologists, a cardiovascular clinical nurse specialist, social workers, and other health care professionals.
