We invest a lot in each new employee. At CVHC, the founders/owners are accessible, interested, and involved in ensuring your success. All RNs complete a thorough orientation under the guidance and direct teaching by the founders/owners. After orientation, the founders/owners continue to be available to support you in your transition to the field.
