Physical Therapy
- Therapists have specialized skills/experience in effective joint rehab
- PTs are case managers
- Therapy goal is to return patient to full level of functioning
Anticoagulation Management
- RNs have specialized skills/experience in anticoagulation management including warfarins and LMH injections
- Point-of-care results and reporting to physician
- RN assessment of all patients
